On the initial booking, we require a £75 deposit and the full amount paid 5 working days before the hire date.
If you need to cancel your booking, you will be issued a full refund if you notify us up to 5 working days before your hire date. Cancellation within this period you will lose the £75 booking deposit. If there are less than 48 hours before your hire 50% of the hire cost will be charged up to a maximum of £150.
Yes! Christmas and New Year are one of our busiest periods for hiring. No matter of the outside temperature, relaxing in our hot tub will still give you the temperature you desire even in -5 and 2 foot of snow!

We have public liability cover for up to 1 million.
A damage deposit of £100 per spa will be taken on payment of the spa. This will be left unused providing the hired equipment is received back in the same clean and working condition as delivered and signed for.
